The Floresville High School Cadet Chorale and Student Choir will join the Floresville Middle School Choir to sing their performance, “An American Christmas”, Wednesday, December 11th. There will be two shows, and both are open to the public. First, they will sing at 9:30 am at the Frank M. Tejeda State Veterans Home of Floresville. Then, they will perform at 11:30 am at the Connally Memorial Medical Center of Floresville. The group is hosted by the FHS Air Force Junior ROTC under the supervision of MSgt Malynda Emerson and directed by Lt Col Steve Rakel. The FHS Cheerleaders and Tigerettes will also attend both performances providing joy to all the veterans, hospital staff and patients. Purpose of the events is to provide a meaningful community service experience for Floresville High School students for the benefit and enjoyment of Floresville residents.
